Dungeness Crab is an incredibly versatile shellfish that’s rich in flavor, making it the perfect choice for a wide variety of recipes. This savory crustacean is commonly served cold, but it’s also delicious thawed or boiled for a fresh twist on classic dishes.

Roasted Dungeness crab is an excellent way to cook this delicious seafood. It’s also a great base for a hearty seafood stew, or serve it as an appetizer alongside roasted vegetables and a salad.
